A Pair of Chestnut-crowned Laughingthrush Birds  Chestnut-crowned Laughingthrush Pictures and Detail Today, I am going talk about Chestnut-crowned Laughingthrush which are one of a kind of Laughingthrush birds. These birds, mostly like to remain in isolation and in dense forests or vegetation. Therefore, they are not commonly seen.  I was lucky as I got the chance to capture some of pictures of these birds during my visit to some forest area in Himachal Pradesh.  Chestnut-crowned Laughingthrush The most interesting point about these birds is that very less is known about them.  I took, the picture of group of  Chestnut-crowned Laughingthrush birds when they were drinking nectar from the wild cherry flowers.  These birds, mostly found in groups and they are characterized laughing sound; therefore, they got name Laughingthrush. At present these birds are extinct from Pakistan and they are left in good numbers at other places; and, their population is in
